Last Minute Cakes – Is a service that provides a limited choice – bespoke product at short notice to the customer.
Due to the compressed timeframes on ordering and production, in keeping with the name of our company ‘Last Minute Cakes’ it is implied that the very nature of our business is a quick turnaround service.
To minimize disappointment to any customer there is a requirement that your order is picked up within your chosen timeslot. A timeslot window of 30 mins is chosen by the customer and assigned at checkout. It is the customers responsibility to have goods picked up within the agreed 30 min window.
If you do not arrive within your chosen 30 min pickup window your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded 50% of your order total. The remaining 50% along with the cake will be held by Last Minute Cakes.
If you are not able to make your allocated 30 min pickup timeslot you must phone Last Minute Cakes on 0411-202-550 no later than 2 hours prior to the start of your allotted timeslot. Rebooking your pickup timeslot will be dependent on availability and at the discretion of Last Minute Cakes.
All sales are final. No refunds will be given for change of mind purchases. No refunds will be given if you choose to cancel within 48hrs of cake pickup
